L'Oreal Paris Voluminous Butterfly Mascara

A mascara that’s lengthening and volumizing, with a unique brush/applicator. Really great for getting every single lash and adding everyday drama.

I wasn’t always an everyday mascara wearer but as I get older I’ve become devoted — mascara is now my desert-island must-have beauty item and I am kind of obsessed with trying out different brands. I probably have at least 8 travel-sized mascaras (mostly from various beauty boxes) and this L’Oreal product is one of my very favorites. It’s got a really different style of brush, kind of a minimalist wing tip that grabs ahold of every hair. I feel like this gives a great day look, really feathered and fanned lashes that have more volume but don’t quite feel IN YOUR FACE, if you know what I mean. I love that it’s easy to use and never clumps or requires lots of fiddly application. (Photo of me wearing it here.)
