ESARORA Ice Roller

I got this ice roller as a Christmas gift and I’ve used it SO MANY TIMES. It’s nice for rolling over your puffy eyes, but I like it even better for holding on my scalp for headaches.

This ice roller comes with a LOT of claims about reducing wrinkles and eliminating puffiness and shrinking pores, and I’m not here to endorse any of that. No way do I feel like a dewy youthful sprite after a roll or two, and even if it DOES de-puff the eye area I’m sure the effect is very temporary. The reason I like it so much is simply that it feels good, it’s pretty intense to roll right over your eyeballs but I like to run it along my face and most of all I like how it feels on my scalp. It’s great for pressure headaches, you can roll it along your temples or just hold it on the back of your head. It’s super relaxing, yet invigorating? I feel like it “wakes up” my face, but also calms areas of tension. Just a great thing to have around the house (well, in the freezer), easy to use on sore muscles.
