I was using a similar eyeliner that worked great except for the dark smudges that reliably appeared under and in the corners of my eyes. This waterproof formula from Stila is fantastic: it has a fine, felt-marker-like tip that makes application a breeze even for a cat-eye dumbo like me, and it truly does stay all day. No smudging, no flaking, and it’s slick as a whistle. (Why do we say that? Where are all these slick whistles?)
