Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick

I don’t usually wear a super-bold lip, but when I want to put on something that’s like HELLO I AM A LOUD LIP COLOR I go for this, because it’s a gorgeous shade (I’m talking about Lover, which is the only one I’ve tried) and it lasts forever. FOR. EV. ER. You can eat a giant bowl of spaghetti and this stuff will hang in there, it’s amazing.

I can’t remember where I saw this long-lasting lipstick recommended, but there were several people who agreed that it was the tits, and now I’m one of them. I normally have a REALLY hard time with the applicator part of these liquid lipsticks but this one is perfect, an oval spongy thing that really allows for precise control. I got it in the color Lover, which is a deep lovely fuschia pink. The product is super saturated but doesn’t have that hugely drying/paint feeling that some long-lasting lipsticks do — it’s definitely not as comfortable as a balm, but it’s not bad, plus you can blot away some right away to get more of a stained effect. It lasts through everything, like you’re going to wake up the next day with slightly colored lips, for real.  This isn’t an everyday for me but I love having it as an option!
